HUNT TITLE:  BeltLine Eastside Trail
VERSION: All versions with a “Small Batch Printed” date before October 2019 (see back cover). If no print date is identified on the back cover then it is before October 2019.
PROBLEM: The mile marker checkpoint at Clue #8 has been removed. It was visible from the Whirling Wheels sculpture, and the sign read “10.75.” Users may proceed with the hunt despite its absence by solving the word search on the next page.

HUNT TITLE:  Oakland Cemetery
VERSION: All versions with a “Small Batch Printed” date before September 2019 (see back cover). If no print date is identified on the back cover then it is before September 2019.
PROBLEM: The “Slave Square” sign at Clue #10 has been updated. While the sign still exists, its text and imagery has changed and no longer contains the phrase needed to solve the puzzle: “…When the City of Atlanta banned segregated public facilities.”

HUNT TITLE:  Little Five Points

PROBLEM: The checkpoint for Clue #5 was a tile mosaic of Blind Willie that has been demolished. Solvers may still complete the Clue #5 maze to find the street number of the next location. Blind Willie’s guitar pointed to Euclid Avenue. Follow Euclid downhill to the business at the street number.

HUNT TITLE:  BeltLine Eastside Trail

PROBLEM: The checkpoint for Clue #9 is “zig zag benches just after crossing Ponce de Leon bridge.” Unfortunately the benches were permanently removed in late December 2018. The artist name needed to solve the Clue #9 puzzle is Harry Zmijewski.

HUNT TITLE:  BeltLine Eastside Trail

PROBLEM: The solution to Clue #7 says the next checkpoint is a large pinwheel, but the pinwheel statue has been removed. The hunt can still be solved without the pinwheel if a solver is able to find the nearby small milemarker, very close to the bicycle wheel installation that is the checkpoint for Clue #7.

PROBLEM: The “Connecting the City” bench is missing. It was located in front of New Realm Brewing Company & Two Urban Licks. The bench’s two word title needed to solve Clue #10 is SPATIAL COMMUNICATION.

PROBLEM: The large tree stump and plaque at the finish line has been ground up/removed. A new tree has been planted in its place.

HUNT TITLE:  Grant Park Mini-Hunt

PROBLEM: Due to construction at the old Cyclorama building, the bench at the lake (Clue #5) has been removed. To the right is a photo of what solvers should have found including a close-up of the plaque.

HUNT TITLE:  BeltLine Eastside Trail

PROBLEM: The name for the benches at Clue #9 changed so the puzzle is not functional. To the right is a photo taken 7/18/17 which states that the title of the benches is “Nature’s Way.” Since that time the BeltLine changed the signage to state that the title of the benches is “Linked Bench System.”
DATE OF PROBLEM REPORTED: October 14, 2017
STATUS OF CORRECTION: Inventory in Clue Town’s online shop and inventory at Atlanta stores were revised and updated on October 15, 2017; copies purchased after this date are functional.

HUNT TITLE:  Emory University
VERSION: All versions with a “Small Batch Printed” date before September 2017 (see back cover). If no print date is identified on the back cover then it is before September 2017.
PROBLEM: Emory University demolished The DUC (Student Campus Center) which affected checkpoint puzzles at Margaret Pitts Garden and WoodPEC. The photos to the right are what solvers would have seen at those locations.
DATE OF PROBLEM REPORTED: August 31, 2017
STATUS OF CORRECTION: The hunt has been redesigned. The problem locations have been substituted with new campus sites. The title is again available for purchase as of November 2017.
